But I didn’t start out confident, strong, or in shape.
Growing up, I was bullied for my weight. I knew what it felt like to be uncomfortable in my own body — to lack confidence, to feel stuck, and to not recognize the person in the mirror.
At 17, I decided to change that.
I started training, learning, and committing to the process — and over time, I lost 50 pounds. But more importantly, everything else changed with it. My confidence, my discipline, the way I carried myself — my entire life shifted.
That experience is what built the foundation for how I coach today.
With over 14 years of training experience and multiple certifications, I don’t just give clients workouts — I give them structure, strategy, and a proven system to transform their physique and performance.
